Lemon Yellow Sun - 375ml

This bright, citrus-laden blonde beer spent three years in oak barrels in their Barrel Cellar, where their house Brettanomyces cultures contributed tart notes of lemon and pineapple.

Barrel additions of Yuzu, Meyer lemon, and navel oranges brightened and complimented the Brett character. Yuzu, an East Asian citrus fruit, is highly aromatic. Its lemon-lime sourness carries a scintillating floral top note.

This balancing act of sour and sweet, bright and earthy, citrus and spice, funk and sunshine lands deftly in your glass like a sparkling lemon yellow sun over the fields of Provence. Enjoy!
