Short King 2021 Vintage

This little beer was inspired by the table-strength saisons of continental Europe. Brewed with barley and spelt malt and fermented with a mixed farmhouse culture, it is light and spritzy - notes of citrus peel, melon rind, fresh hay, and classic saison spiciness tickle the palate and finish dry to make way for sip after sip of this dry and refreshing table beer. We love that this beer is small in ABV but big on flavor - the perfect beer for a farmer, a brewer, or just someone looking to enjoy something dry, complex, and crushable.
