If you're looking for the perfect Hefeweizen, look no further. I'll be honest, I know Americans go nuts for IPAs, especially in the summertime, but I'm so over it. To me, nothing beats a hefe on a hot day. This one is nice and crisp with a hint of apricot without tasting too sweet. It's very drinkable, so don't be surprised if you go back for seconds...or thirds. Nice and light and neutral enough to pair well with almost any meal, but flavorful enough to happily enjoy all on its own. Buy it, you'll like it.
