OKTOBERFEST STARTS SEPTEMBER 16TH! 🍻

Work With Us!

Craft Beer Cellar currently features over 1,200 producers of world-class beer, cider, wine, mead, kombucha, and more. We pride ourselves with a knack for hospitality that far surpasses our cometition, and a level of industry knowledge that is simply unmatched. We operate in a space just over 4,000 square feet with a separate retail area we call The Pantry at Craft Beer Cellar, where we stock small producers of craft foods; things that generally make us happy and go well with beer, wine, cider, and our lifestyle.

We're on the hunt for a few good people to join our tight knit team.

All retail team members will be expected to be well-versed on all items in both Craft Beer Cellar's Bottle Shop and The Pantry. Beer is our middle name and will always be the center of what we do. However we are also lovers wine, cider, sake, mead, and alcohol free options, as well as the food pairings that go perfectly with them. We're gastronomically infused, enjoy tinkering with pairings, and learning about new ingredients and processes. We are seeking like-minded individuals with retail experience, that have a desire to join our Best of Boston team. You don't have to be an expert, but you must be willing to work hard and learn every day! Equally important is that you work well with others, are task-oriented, and take customer service to the hospitality level.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintain a work environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity.

We are an essential service business and understand and respect your decision to work during the current health crisis and global pandemic. Therefore, starting pay is $18/hour for all. All staff also get a proportionate share of tips from the Bottle Shop and Pantry, typically range from $2-$3 per hour. You will be required to complete our required Beer and Food Certifications within 90 days of the start of your employment. These are comprised of two online exams that will be provided for you at no additional cost. If you opt to purchase books or other study materials, you will need to do so at your own cost. Opportunities for advancement will always exist. We look to hire and promote from within as often as we look for talented humans outside of our operation.
